Types of Gallbladder Stones

What Causes Gallbladder Stones?

• Bile Imbalance: When bile contains too much bilirubin or not enough bile salts, stones may form.
• Gallbladder Dysfunction: If the gallbladder doesn’t empty completely or frequently enough, bile may become concentrated, leading to stone formation.
